Booking your car

From choosing your car to confirming the keys are yours.

How do I book a car with Super Sport?

Choose a car from our fleet, then send your preferred dates, delivery location and driver details on WhatsApp. We check availability and send the price and rental conditions before you confirm.

When is my reservation confirmed?

An enquiry alone does not reserve a car. Wait for our written booking confirmation with the agreed vehicle or category, dates, price and conditions.

Can I book before arriving in the UAE?

Yes. Contact us before you travel so we can check your documents and arrange your arrival details. The driver must still meet the licence and identification requirements at handover.

Can I book a car for today?

Send your location, dates and preferred car. Same-day availability and the earliest handover time depend on the vehicle, document checks and delivery schedule; our team will confirm what is possible.

Can I reserve an exact model or colour?

Tell us the model and colour you want. We confirm the agreed vehicle in writing; a photo or website listing alone is not a guarantee of availability for your dates.

What happens if my confirmed car becomes unavailable?

We contact you to discuss an available alternative. Any replacement requires your agreement; if we cancel because no acceptable alternative is available, the affected rental payment is refunded.

What is the minimum rental period?

The minimum rental is 24 hours. We offer daily, weekly and monthly rentals, with the collection and return times agreed before handover.

Do you offer hourly rentals or a short photo session?

We do not offer hourly rentals. If you need a car for a photo shoot, event or special occasion, book a full rental day and tell us how you plan to use it.

How do I choose between a supercar, convertible and SUV?

Tell us your passenger count, luggage, itinerary and budget. A two-seat supercar suits a different trip from a family SUV or luxury saloon; our team can help you compare suitable available cars.

Can I arrange a car as a gift?

Contact us to discuss a gift booking or visit Gift a Drive. The person who drives must meet all eligibility requirements, be approved and be named in the rental agreement.

Drivers & documents

What residents, visitors and additional drivers need before handover.

How old do I need to be to rent a car?

Our minimum driver age is 21. Eligibility also depends on the selected car and applicable insurance requirements, so send your age and licence details before making a payment.

What documents do UAE residents need?

UAE residents need a valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence. We check the documents for every authorised driver before the vehicle is released.

What documents do tourists need?

Visitors need a valid passport and a driving licence accepted in the UAE, plus an International Driving Permit where required. Keep your visa or entry details available if needed for verification.

Do I need an International Driving Permit?

It depends on your licence, nationality and visitor or resident status. Some visitors can use an accepted national licence; others need an International Driving Permit alongside it. Send your details before booking so eligibility can be checked.

Does an International Driving Permit replace my national licence?

No. Carry your valid national driving licence as well as the permit when one is required. A permit does not make an expired or otherwise invalid national licence acceptable.

Can a UAE resident drive using a foreign licence?

UAE residents should provide a valid UAE driving licence. Do not assume the rules that apply to a tourist also apply after obtaining UAE residency.

Can I rent with a newly issued, provisional or digital-only licence?

Send the licence details before booking. We need to verify that the licence, driving experience and document format are acceptable for your selected vehicle; approval is not automatic.

Can my partner or friend drive the rental car?

Only approved drivers named in the rental agreement may drive. Add your partner or friend before they take the wheel; they must meet the same age and document requirements.

How much does an additional driver cost?

The additional-driver charge is AED 300. Send the second driver’s documents in advance and ask us to include the charge and any applicable VAT in your written quotation.

Do I need to bring original documents to handover?

Keep your original valid identification and driving documents available for inspection. Sending copies in advance helps with checks, but it does not replace the verification required when you collect the car.

Prices, payments & no deposit

Understand your quotation before confirming your rental.

How much does it cost to rent a luxury or sports car?

The price depends on the exact car, dates, rental length and availability. Browse our fleet and price list, then request a written quotation for your trip rather than relying on a starting price.

Are weekly and monthly prices available?

Yes. Tell us the full rental period and expected mileage so we can quote the appropriate package. A weekly or monthly offer can have a different mileage allowance from a daily rental.

Is a security deposit required?

Our rentals are available without a refundable security deposit. Confirm the payment conditions in your quotation; no deposit does not remove responsibility for fines, damage or other charges due under your rental agreement.

Does no deposit mean there are no extra charges?

No. Check the total quotation and inclusions. Parking, traffic fines, extra mileage, fuel shortfalls and damage-related amounts may still apply to your use of the vehicle.

Is VAT included in the displayed rental price?

Check your written quotation. VAT is 5%; unless a quote expressly says VAT is included, applicable VAT is added. Your booking confirmation and invoice should make the total clear.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, cards, bank transfers and cryptocurrency, including USDT. Tell us your preferred method so we can confirm the payment arrangements and total before booking.

Can I pay in US dollars, euros or another currency?

We accept foreign-currency payments by arrangement. Ask us to confirm the accepted currency, exchange rate and final payable amount for your booking. The currency display helps you browse; it is not a payment confirmation.

Are card or payment-processing charges included?

Ask for the total for your chosen payment method. Any applicable payment charge should appear in the agreed quotation; do not assume every card type or payment method has the same final total.

Can I split the payment or pay with someone else’s card?

Tell us before confirming. Split payments and third-party payments need prior agreement and any required checks; the driver must still be approved and named on the rental agreement.

Will I receive a booking confirmation and invoice?

Ask our team for your written confirmation and invoice. Check the car, rental period, delivery and return locations, agreed inclusions, payment method and final total before handover.

Delivery, airports & collection

Plan your handover in Dubai or request arrangements in another emirate.

Is delivery and collection free in Dubai?

Yes, delivery and collection within Dubai are included. Arrange the exact location and time with our team before your rental starts.

Can you deliver to my hotel, home or office?

Share the address, building name and a contact number. We arrange an agreed meeting point; hotel access, valet arrangements and building restrictions may affect where handover takes place.

Can I collect a car at Dubai International Airport?

Airport handover can be arranged. Send the airport, terminal, flight number, arrival time and luggage requirements so we can confirm the meeting point and any parking or access costs in advance.

Do you deliver cars to Abu Dhabi and Sharjah?

Yes. We arrange delivery and collection in Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, including airport handovers by prior arrangement. Send your address or airport, dates and preferred time so we can confirm availability, the meeting point and any delivery or collection charges before booking.

Can I collect in Dubai and return in another emirate?

Ask before booking. A different return city or one-way collection requires our approval and an agreed schedule; any applicable charge must be confirmed in advance.

What if my flight is delayed or I arrive late at night?

Update us as soon as your arrival time changes. We provide 24/7 assistance, but a delivery slot still needs to be arranged; do not assume a delayed flight automatically changes your confirmed rental times.

What should I check when receiving the car?

Check the bodywork, wheels, tyres, interior, fuel or battery level and odometer with our representative. Record existing marks and report concerns immediately. Also confirm the controls, return time and emergency contact.

Can I leave the car with a hotel valet or drop off the keys?

Only if we have agreed that arrangement. Confirm the location, responsible representative and handover procedure; leaving keys somewhere without approval is not a completed return.

Mileage & travel between cities

Plan your route and choose an allowance that suits your journey.

How many kilometres are included?

Our published allowances are 250 km per rental day, 1,500 km per rental week and 5,000 km per rental month. Check the package recorded in your booking, especially for a longer rental.

What happens if I exceed the mileage allowance?

Extra kilometres are chargeable at the rate agreed for your selected car. Ask for that rate before booking and discuss a larger allowance if you expect a long journey.

Can I drive my rental car to other emirates?

Yes. You can drive on suitable public roads within the UAE. Your full journey counts towards the agreed mileage allowance. Arrange any delivery or collection outside Dubai separately before booking.

Do inter-emirate trips cost extra just for crossing into another emirate?

Driving to another emirate is different from asking us to deliver or collect there. Check your mileage, tolls and agreed package; delivery or one-way collection outside Dubai is quoted separately.

Can I drive to Oman or Saudi Arabia?

No. Our rental vehicles must remain within the UAE. Do not take a vehicle across an international border, even if your personal travel documents allow you to enter the other country.

Can I take an SUV into the desert or drive on a race circuit?

No. Desert driving, off-road use, racing, race circuits, drifting and burnouts are prohibited. Renting an SUV or a high-performance car does not give permission for those activities.

Insurance, damage & assistance

Know what to do if a problem occurs during your rental.

Is insurance included in my rental?

Comprehensive insurance is included, subject to the policy, rental agreement, approved drivers and permitted use. It does not mean every incident or every part of the car is covered without an excess.

What is the insurance excess if I damage the car?

The excess and your responsibilities depend on the vehicle and applicable cover. Ask us to explain the amount and exclusions in your rental agreement before signing; do not assume a single excess applies to every car.

Are tyres, punctures and scratched rims covered?

Tyres and rims are excluded from the included insurance. Photograph their condition at handover and contact us immediately if you notice damage, pressure loss or a puncture during the rental.

What should I do after an accident?

Prioritise safety and follow police instructions. For an emergency call 999; call 998 if an ambulance is needed. Inform our team promptly and obtain the required official incident report. Do not authorise repairs or settle a claim on our behalf.

Do I need a police report for minor or unknown damage?

A police report is required for an accident or damage claim. Contact the appropriate local police reporting service and our team, even if the damage looks minor or you do not know who caused it.

What if the accident was not my fault?

Obtain the official report and send it to us promptly. Responsibility and cover are assessed using the report, insurance conditions and rental agreement; our team will explain the next steps.

What should I do if the car breaks down or a warning light appears?

Stop in a safe place if continued driving may be unsafe and contact our team. Tell us your location and what happened. Do not keep driving with overheating, a serious warning or a damaged tyre.

Can I arrange my own repair, towing or replacement car?

Contact us first so we can coordinate assistance. Do not arrange repairs or towing without approval, except where immediate action is necessary for safety or directed by the authorities. Any replacement depends on the circumstances and availability.

Tolls, parking & driving rules

Clear guidance on road tolls, parking and responsible driving.

Are Dubai Salik tolls included?

Yes. Salik road tolls are included in our rental price. This does not include parking charges or traffic fines.

Are other UAE tolls included as well as Salik?

Salik road tolls are included. Other toll systems have separate arrangements; ask our team to confirm how any non-Salik crossings are handled for your booking. Parking is separate from road tolls.

Who pays parking charges?

You are responsible for parking during your rental. Follow the local zone signs, payment instructions and reserved-space restrictions. A parking payment in one area does not automatically cover another.

What happens if I receive a traffic fine?

You are responsible for violations relating to your rental. A notice can arrive after the car is returned. If you have a question about a charge, ask us for the relevant details so it can be reviewed.

Is there a speed-limit buffer I can rely on?

Follow the posted limit for the road and conditions. Do not assume a buffer applies in every emirate or treat a company monitoring threshold as permission to speed.

Can I use my phone, drink alcohol or smoke while driving?

Do not use a handheld phone or drive while impaired. Smoking inside our vehicles is prohibited. Use navigation safely and follow local traffic rules throughout the rental.

Can children travel in a rental supercar or convertible?

Choose a car with suitable rear seats and approved child restraints for the child’s age and size. Tell us the passenger details before booking; many supercars have only two seats and may be unsuitable for your family.

Fuel, charging & vehicle care

Keep your car ready for every part of the journey.

What fuel should I use, and how full should the tank be on return?

Use the fuel grade specified for your vehicle; ask at handover if unsure. Return it at the recorded delivery level. Any shortfall is handled under the refuelling arrangements agreed for your rental.

How do charging and return levels work for an electric car?

Confirm the delivery charge level, return requirement, connector and charging arrangements for your exact vehicle. Plan charging stops before a long journey and allow for charger availability and charging time.

Are petrol, EV charging and charger parking fees included?

Do not assume energy or charger-site charges are included in the rental rate. Confirm any package inclusion with us, and check the operator’s charging, parking and idle-fee instructions before connecting.

Can I use the car for a wedding, event or filming?

Tell us the plan before booking. Any decorations, filming equipment, special access or unusual use needs agreement; do not attach items or modify the car without permission.

Can I bring pets, food or drinks?

Discuss pets and any special requirements before booking. Protect the interior and return it in an appropriate condition; stains, persistent odours or damage may lead to cleaning or repair charges under your agreement.

Extensions, changes & returns

Make changes early and keep your return straightforward.

How do I extend my rental?

Contact us before the agreed return time. An extension needs approval and depends on availability; we will confirm the revised period, price, mileage and return arrangements.

What happens if I return the car late?

A two-hour grace period applies. Returning later than that incurs an extra rental day at the agreed daily rate. Let us know about any delay; a message alone does not approve an extension.

Can I change the dates or switch cars after booking?

Ask as early as possible. Changes need our approval and depend on availability; obtain written confirmation of any revised price or conditions before relying on the new arrangement.

What is the cancellation policy?

Notify us at least 10 hours before your scheduled start. Cancellation with less than 10 hours’ notice is charged at one rental day. Read the full terms and your booking confirmation for the applicable arrangements.

What happens to unused days if I return early?

Ordinary early returns leave complete unused prepaid days as credit. A day used beyond its two-hour grace period counts as used. Read the examples in our Terms & Conditions before planning an early return.

Can there be charges after I return the car?

Yes, rental-related fines or other amounts may be identified later. Ask for the basis of any charge you do not recognise and keep your handover records and booking documents.

How do I raise a concern about my booking or a charge?

Contact our team with the booking reference, dates and relevant photos, documents or payment details. Explain what you would like us to review so we can investigate and respond.

How can I contact Super Sport during my rental?

Our team provides 24/7 assistance. Call or message +971 58 628 4443. For an urgent safety incident, contact the appropriate emergency service first, then notify us.

For full rental conditions, read our Terms & Conditions. Your booking confirmation records the arrangements agreed for your car.
