Who We Are

Super Sport Car Rental LLC operates vehicle rental services in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is responsible for the personal information it collects and uses for those services. Our office address is Princess Tower, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Our website is supersportcarrental.com. For privacy enquiries, contact info@supersportcarrental.com or +971 58 628 4443.

Information We Collect

The information relevant to your enquiry or rental may include:

  • Contact and identity details: your name, telephone number, email address, date of birth, nationality and relevant identification details.
  • Driver documents: passport, driving licence, Emirates ID and, where required, an International Driving Permit, including the details or copies needed to verify eligibility and document the rental.
  • Booking and contract details: selected vehicle, rental dates, authorised drivers, delivery and collection locations, rental agreement, invoices and communications with our team.
  • Payment records: payment amounts, transaction references, receipts, payment status and refund records. The payment details processed by a bank or payment provider depend on the payment method.
  • Vehicle and incident records: mileage, vehicle condition, GPS location and movement records, traffic violations, accident reports and insurance or damage claim information relevant to your rental.
  • Website information: technical and usage information that website services may process, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookie or similar identifiers. See Section 7.

We receive information directly from you, including through WhatsApp, telephone, email or in person. Information may also come from authorised drivers, booking partners, banks, payment providers, vehicle tracking services, insurers and competent authorities where relevant to the rental.

Why We Use Your Information

We use relevant information to respond to enquiries, confirm availability, verify driver identity and eligibility, arrange delivery and collection, prepare and administer rental agreements, process payments and refunds, and provide customer support.

We also use relevant records to protect vehicles, investigate suspected misuse or fraud, manage accidents and insurance claims, address traffic violations, meet applicable reporting and record-keeping requirements, and establish or defend legal claims.

Depending on the purpose and applicable law, processing may be necessary to arrange or perform your rental contract, comply with legal obligations, or fall within another permitted legal exception. Where consent is required, it must be obtained for the relevant purpose and can be withdrawn. A booking enquiry or website visit does not itself constitute consent to promotional messages.

If we send promotional communications, we will obtain any required consent and provide a way to opt out. You can also contact us to stop promotional messages. Operational messages about an existing booking, payment or rental may still be necessary.

Vehicle GPS Tracking

Our rental vehicles are equipped with GPS tracking connected to a fleet monitoring system accessible to our office team. We use vehicle location and movement information for fleet security, theft prevention and recovery, and to identify use that may breach the rental agreement, including entry into desert or off-road areas and driving on race circuits.

Dubai's published car rental activity requirements include installation of a tracking system approved by the Security Industry Regulatory Agency (SIRA). Relevant tracking and rental information may be available to or shared with the Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), other competent authorities and authorised system providers through the applicable regulatory systems or lawful requests.

Vehicle GPS tracking is separate from any location information you choose to send us for delivery or collection, such as a location shared through WhatsApp.

Payments and Payment Providers

We accept card payments through payment terminals and payment links. Depending on the transaction, the banks and payment service providers involved may include First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), Mashreq Bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB) and Network International.

The relevant bank or payment provider processes the payment information needed to authorise, complete and administer the transaction. Its own privacy notice and applicable payment terms also govern its processing. We use the transaction information available to us to confirm payments, maintain accounting records, process refunds and resolve payment queries or disputes.

Do not send card security codes, PINs or one-time passwords to our team through WhatsApp or email. Enter the required payment details into the relevant payment terminal or payment page.

When Information Is Shared

Relevant personal information may be shared with:

  • Banks and payment providers for payment processing, refunds and transaction disputes.
  • Licensed vehicle supply or booking partners where they are involved in arranging or fulfilling your rental, using the details needed for that service.
  • Insurers, claims handlers and relevant service providers when an accident, damage claim or related service requires the information.
  • Technology and operational providers involved in website hosting, communications, vehicle tracking and rental administration.
  • Competent authorities, including RTA, police, courts and other authorised bodies, where applicable reporting requirements or lawful requests require disclosure.
  • Professional advisers where necessary for accounting, legal advice or a dispute.

Information shared for a particular purpose should be limited to what is relevant to that purpose. Any other disclosure will require an applicable legal basis.

Website Cookies and Similar Technologies

Cookies are small files stored on your device. Website services may use cookies or similar technologies for operation and security, remembering preferences, measuring website use or advertising measurement. The information processed depends on the technologies actually enabled and your settings.

You can review, block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies may affect website functions. Where applicable law requires consent for a technology, the corresponding consent requirements apply; publication of this policy does not itself supply that consent.

Contact us if you would like further information about website tracking or to raise a privacy request. Links to third-party services, including WhatsApp and social platforms, are subject to those services' own privacy notices.

How Long Information Is Kept

Rental documents are organised in individual vehicle files. Our current vehicle-file retention practice is to retain those files for seven years, calculated from the first day of vehicle handover, and then destroy them. This describes our company practice and does not mean that every type of personal information has the same retention period.

Website data, communications, GPS records and records held by external providers are subject to the purpose of the processing and the applicable retention requirements for those records. Relevant records may need to be retained for longer where required by law, a regulatory instruction, an unresolved claim or legal proceedings.

You may contact us for information about the retention of a particular record. A request to delete information is considered together with any applicable obligation to retain it.

Protecting Personal Information

Personal information requires appropriate technical and organisational protection, including access limited to people and service providers who need it for their duties. If you have a concern about the handling, access or disclosure of your information, contact us using the details below so we can investigate.

No internet transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security. Use our official communication and payment channels, and share only the information needed for your enquiry or rental.

Processing Outside the UAE

Communication platforms, payment services, hosting and other technology providers may process information in countries outside the UAE. The provider and service used determine where that processing takes place. Cross-border transfers are subject to the applicable legal requirements and permitted transfer arrangements.

You can contact us to request information about overseas processing relevant to your rental or communication with us.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances, you may have rights to request information about processing, access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct inaccurate details, request deletion or restriction, object to certain processing, request transfer of eligible data, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it.

These rights are subject to applicable conditions and exceptions. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Information needed to comply with legal obligations or establish or defend claims may still need to be retained.

Send requests to info@supersportcarrental.com with the subject "Privacy Request". We may need proportionate information to verify your identity before disclosing or changing records. Requests will be handled within the period required by applicable law.

If you have a complaint, contact us so we can investigate. You may also raise a complaint with the competent data protection authority where applicable.

Children and Driver Eligibility

Our rental service is intended for eligible adult drivers. The minimum driver age for our rentals is 21. This eligibility condition is separate from the handling of enquiries or information about passengers.

We do not request children's personal information to arrange an ordinary rental. If you believe a child has supplied personal information unnecessarily, contact us so we can review the information and take appropriate action.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy when our services, processing practices or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Where a change requires a separate notice or new consent, the applicable requirements must be followed.
