These Terms & Conditions apply to the website, booking communications and vehicle rental services of Super Sport Car Rental LLC, based at Princess Tower, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Read these terms together with your written booking confirmation and signed rental agreement. Any booking-specific arrangements must be communicated and agreed before confirmation. Mandatory legal requirements and the applicable RTA rental contract take precedence where required.

An enquiry or booking request does not by itself confirm a reservation. Your booking is confirmed when our team provides written confirmation identifying the vehicle or agreed category, rental dates, price and applicable conditions.

Availability and quoted prices may change before confirmation. Changes to a confirmed booking, including the vehicle, dates or rental price, require agreement.

If a confirmed vehicle becomes unavailable because of an accident, maintenance, safety issue or another operational problem, we will contact you and offer an available alternative for your approval. If we cannot provide an acceptable alternative and cancel the affected rental, payments for the unavailable rental will be refunded.

The minimum driver age is 21 years. Every driver must hold a valid driving licence accepted for driving in the UAE and meet the applicable legal and insurance requirements.

• UAE residents: a valid Emirates ID and UAE driving licence.
• Visitors: a valid passport and accepted driving licence, with an International Driving Permit where required.

Documents must be valid and consistent with the identity of the renter and authorised drivers. Only drivers approved by us and recorded in the rental agreement may drive the vehicle.

The minimum rental period is 24 hours. A rental day is calculated from the time you receive the vehicle. Daily, weekly and monthly rentals are available; hourly rentals are not offered.

Return the vehicle at the agreed time and location. A two-hour grace period applies to late return. Once this grace period is exceeded, an additional rental day is charged at the applicable agreed daily rate.

Extensions require our approval and depend on availability. Request an extension before your scheduled return; retaining the vehicle does not automatically extend the booking.

Dubai delivery and collection included. The location and timing must be arranged with our team. Delivery or collection outside Dubai is subject to prior arrangement and any charges confirmed before booking.

Vehicle handover and return include a record of the vehicle condition, fuel level and mileage, supported by photographs or video where appropriate. Check the vehicle when receiving it and report any existing damage or concern immediately.

Return the vehicle with the supplied keys, documents and accessories, and arrange handover to our authorised representative. Any alternative return or collection arrangement requires our approval.

The included mileage allowances are:

• Daily rental: 250 kilometres per rental day.
• Weekly rental: 1,500 kilometres per rental week.
• Monthly rental: 5,000 kilometres per rental month.

The additional kilometre rate depends on the selected vehicle and is confirmed before booking. Mileage is recorded at handover and return using the vehicle odometer.

Journeys to Abu Dhabi or other emirates count towards your allowance. Discuss anticipated mileage with our team before booking. Interference with the odometer is prohibited.

We accept cash, cards, bank transfers and cryptocurrency, including USDT. Available payment arrangements and the total price are confirmed before booking.

Rental prices and taxable charges are subject to 5% VAT unless the quoted price expressly states that VAT is included. The booking confirmation and invoice show the applicable price and agreed charges.

Additional kilometres, parking, traffic fines, missing fuel, cleaning or damage-related charges must relate to your rental and be supported by the applicable agreement and relevant records.

No security deposit. Our rentals are available without a refundable security deposit.

The absence of a security deposit does not remove responsibility for unpaid rental amounts or other charges properly due under the rental agreement, including additional mileage, traffic fines, parking, missing fuel, cleaning or damage for which the renter is responsible.

Salik tolls are included in the rental price and are not added separately.

The renter is responsible for parking charges, traffic fines and other official charges attributable to their use of the vehicle. Notices received after the vehicle is returned may still be payable if they relate to the rental period.

Official driving rules and any applicable authority requirements must be followed. Contact our team if you wish to query a charge associated with your rental.

Only the renter and additional drivers approved by us and listed in the rental agreement may drive. The additional-driver charge is AED 300.

Each additional driver must meet the same age, licence and documentation requirements. Do not lend, sub-rent or transfer the vehicle to an unauthorised person.

Comprehensive insurance is included. Cover is subject to the applicable insurance policy, rental agreement, driver eligibility and permitted use. Tyres and rims are excluded.

A police report is required for an accident or damage claim. Notify the police through the appropriate official channel and inform our team promptly. Provide the report and relevant information needed to process the incident.

Follow police instructions and move the vehicle only as directed or necessary for immediate safety. Do not arrange repairs or agree to a settlement on our behalf without our written approval.

The vehicle is for authorised use on suitable roads within the UAE. Driving outside the UAE is not permitted.

The following are prohibited:

• Desert driving, off-road use and use on unsuitable roads.
• Race circuits, racing, drifting and burnouts.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs or substances that impair driving.
• Dangerous or unlawful driving and use for illegal activities.
• Unauthorised sub-rental, transfer, repair or modification.
• Interference with GPS, security systems or the odometer.

Desert, off-road, race circuit or drifting violations carry an agreed contractual charge of AED 20,000 plus vehicle recovery costs, subject to the rental agreement and applicable law. This is a company contractual charge, separate from any official penalty.

Damage and responsibility arising from misuse are assessed using the relevant evidence, agreement and insurance conditions.

Drivers must comply with the posted speed limit for each road. There is no permission to exceed that limit.

Our fleet monitoring procedure applies when the recorded speed exceeds the posted limit by more than 20 km/h:

• First occurrence: we send a warning.
• Second occurrence: we send a second warning.
• Third occurrence: we terminate the rental and arrange recovery of the vehicle.

Any vehicle immobilisation is carried out only after the vehicle has stopped in a safe location, not while it is moving. Under this termination policy, payment for the remaining unused rental period is not refunded, subject to mandatory rights under applicable law.

The monitoring threshold does not replace the posted speed limit or prevent official traffic penalties from applying.

Return the vehicle with the same fuel level recorded at delivery. Any shortfall is charged according to the refuelling arrangements disclosed in your booking or rental agreement. Extra fuel above the original level is not refunded.

Use the correct fuel type and treat the vehicle responsibly. Report warning lights, overheating, tyre problems, defects or breakdowns promptly and follow our instructions. Stop driving when a warning or defect makes continued use unsafe.

Do not arrange repairs, towing or modifications without our approval, except where immediate action is required for safety or directed by the authorities. Contact us to arrange required servicing during longer rentals.

Smoking inside the vehicle is prohibited. Return the vehicle in the condition in which it was supplied, allowing for ordinary use.

• Smoking: AED 1,500.
• Light cleaning required for spills or soiling: AED 200.
• Deep cleaning required for major stains, persistent odours or excessive soiling: AED 1,500.

Cleaning charges apply to the relevant condition recorded on return. Any physical damage is assessed separately under the rental agreement; the same cleaning work is not charged twice under different labels.

Notify us at least 10 hours before the scheduled rental start if you wish to cancel. Cancellation received less than 10 hours before that time is charged at one rental day.

For an ordinary early return, any complete unused prepaid rental days remain as a credit with us. Each rental day is a 24-hour period calculated from vehicle handover. The two-hour return grace period applies: if the vehicle is returned more than two hours after a completed rental day, the following rental day is counted as used and is deducted from the prepaid period. It does not remain as an unused-day credit.

• Five days paid; return after four days: four rental days are used and one full day remains as a credit with us.
• Three days paid; return after two days plus more than two hours: the third day is counted as used, so no unused rental day remains.

Date or vehicle changes require our approval and depend on availability. Where a refund is due, it is handled according to the agreed booking terms, applicable payment arrangements and mandatory legal requirements.

Cancellation by us because we cannot supply the confirmed rental is addressed in Section 2.

Rental vehicles are equipped with GPS connected to a fleet monitoring system. We use tracking information for vehicle security, fleet operations and monitoring prohibited use, including desert entry, race circuit use and the speeding procedure described above.

These terms and rental services are subject to applicable UAE laws and Dubai requirements. Nothing in this page removes mandatory consumer rights or replaces the applicable official rental contract.

Updates to general website terms will be published with a revised date. They do not automatically alter a confirmed booking without the agreement or notice required by law.
